Talent Sphere is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 7-12 years of experience and NCIDQ/ARIDO certification. This role involves working on large-scale residential projects from schematic design through construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of project design and development

• Produce detailed designs using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

• Lead design presentations and support color and material selections

• Mentor junior designers and review documentation drawings

Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience with NCIDQ/ARIDO certification

• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam

• Strong knowledge of Ontario and National Building Codes

• Excellent communication and free-hand sketching abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
