At DIALOG, we're looking for a talented Intermediate Interior Designer with 5-10 years of experience to collaborate within our multi-disciplinary team. You will play an essential role in managing client expectations, coordinating project documents, and realizing innovative designs in sectors like hospitality and transportation. Your work will drive project success from the concept phase to final completion in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive design solutions with teams

• Communicate through design phases, including space planning

• Curate finishes and prepare FF&E documentation

• Lead client presentations and design discussions

• Assist with project budget and scheduling management

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in interior design consulting

• Degree in interior design or a related field

• Advanced skills in Revit and In Design

• Excellent interpersonal and accountability skills

• Passion for conceptual and innovative project designs
