Your new role
The firm is currently seeking an Architect, Intern Architect, or Architectural Technologist with an interest in healthcare design to support a growing pipeline of impactful  this role, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of projects across all phases, from early design through to construction and close-out. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining design intent and technical accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting project coordination through all phases of design, documentation, and construction

Preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for permit, tender, and construction

Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirements

Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams

Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress andpliance

Assisting with project timelines, budgets, and resource coordination

Staying current with architectural technologies, materials, and construction methods
What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Architecture or diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution (or equivalent)

Registration with the OAA as an Intern Architect or Architect, or actively working toward licensure

3–5 years of relevant professional experience

Exposure to healthcare, institutional, or hospitality projects is considered an asset

Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design principles

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strongmunication, coordination, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

Fluency in English
