Your new roleThe firm is currently seeking an Architect, Intern Architect, or Architectural Technologist with an interest in healthcare design to support a growing pipeline of impactful this role, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of projects across all phases, from early design through to construction and close-out. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining design intent and technical accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting project coordination through all phases of design, documentation, and constructionPreparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for permit, tender, and constructionCollaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirementsCoordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teamsConducting site visits to monitor construction progress andplianceAssisting with project timelines, budgets, and resource coordinationStaying current with architectural technologies, materials, and construction methods
What you'll need to succeedDegree in Architecture or diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution (or equivalent)Registration with the OAA as an Intern Architect or Architect, or actively working toward licensure3–5 years of relevant professional experienceExposure to healthcare, institutional, or hospitality projects is considered an assetStrong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design principlesProficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strongmunication, coordination, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects effectivelyFluency in EnglishWhat you'll get in returnHybrid work modelbining remote and in-office collaborationSupport for professional development and continuing educationOpportunity to contribute to meaningful, design-focused projects within a growing practice
