Position: Industrial Designer for Seating Products

This role encompasses managing design activities and ensuring the quality of product execution. You will play a key role in defining and developing new seating products, guiding both internal and external resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product definitions and design execution

• Guide Junior Designers in achieving design intent

• Communicate project status with multi-disciplinary teams

• Engage in design research through client interactions

• Produce documentation and presentations for design concepts

Requirements:

• 3+ years in industrial design experience

• Understanding of market research and design trends

• Strong skills in CAD and prototype modeling

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
