Bilingual Multimedia Integrator / E‑Learning Senior Consultant responsible for designing and producing instructional content and interactive e‑learning modules for specialty lines insurance. The role involves collaborating with subject‑matter experts to define learning objectives, architect content, create storyboards, produce multimedia assets, and ensure effective post‑training follow‑up.

• Collaborate on drafting learning objectives and ideation.
• Develop instructional breakdowns and content architecture with content specialists.
• Recommend and implement training strategies aligned with objectives and constraints.
• Produce various learning materials and adapt storyboards to training concepts.
• Design original learning scenarios and develop assessments to evaluate competency.
• Integrate and synchronize text, images, and audio in authoring tools (primarily Storyline).
• Retouch and optimize images; edit and process audio and video content.
• Use filming equipment (camera, lighting) as an asset.
• Manage projects, run workshops, facilitate meetings, and provide regular progress updates.
• Revise translated training materials from English to French and ensure post‑training follow‑up.

• Degree in education sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multimedia integration.
• Very advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Eleven Labs).
• Bilingual English/French required for candidates across Canada; ability to interact regularly with English‑speaking clients and colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).

• Stated salary range: 87, (based on a 35‑hour workweek).
