As a pivotal member of NORR, your role as a Lead Architect encompasses the full project cycle in the industrial sector. With over 15 years of experience, you will use advanced architectural design software like Revit and AutoCAD to produce high-quality construction documents. Your expertise in building codes, MEP, and structural systems will facilitate collaboration with various disciplines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit architectural drawings to meet quality standards

• Conduct programming, code, and material research

• Evaluate site conditions through surveys and assessments

• Review shop drawings and project product specifications

• Coordinate with contractors and authorities to resolve issues

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in project design

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and related software

• Understanding of building codes and MEP systems

• Relevant post-secondary architectural education

• Registration with a professional architectural association preferred
