Position: Design Executive for Structural Displays
Lead structural innovation with Harding Display Corp as the Head of Structural Design in Scarborough, Ontario. Engage in both design execution and team leadership to enhance display quality.

In this dual role, you will balance hands-on design work with managerial responsibilities, focusing on corrugate displays from concept through production. Your technical expertise will drive efficiency and innovation while leading a team of dedicated ArtiosCAD professionals. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure streamlined project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and detail corrugate display designs

• Guide and inspire your design team towards excellence

• Regularly assess team performance and workflows

• Develop and maintain CAD models for client use

• Ensure timely and complete project delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years in corrugate display design

• 5+ years in a leadership capacity

• Depth in ArtiosCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of printing processes

• Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
