Technical Leader - Architectural Technologist

This position is well-suited for professionals with a minimum of 9 years’ experience who can effectively manage diverse project portfolios while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all technical phases

• Produce specifications and construction documentation

• Coordinate with various stakeholders and authorities

• Conduct field assessments and manage site reviews

• Resolve technical and detailing issues effectively

Requirements:

• 9+ years of Canadian architectural technology experience

• Relevant architectural degree or diploma

• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

• Strong technical detailing expertise

• Prior experience in restaurant design preferred
