Our established architecture firm is on the hunt for a Technical Lead specializing in restaurant and café projects. With a minimum of 9 years’ professional experience, you will oversee the technical aspects from schematic design through to construction. This includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to building codes throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects from design to construction

• Create detailed drawing packages and specifications

• Resolve construction detailing issues on-site

• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders

• Conduct field measurements and site reviews

Requirements:

• 9+ years of architectural technology experience in Canada

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture

• Familiarity with restaurant project specifics

• Deep knowledge of Canadian Building Codes

• Advanced Revit skills;
AutoCAD knowledge
