Lead Interior Designer

Position: Lead Interior Designer at Audax
Take charge of luxury project design at Audax as an Interior Design Project Lead. Collaborate with top-tier teams while working on high-end residential projects across Canada.

Audax is seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Lead with a degree in Interior Design and at least 10 years of experience. You will manage the workflow, oversee design deliverables, and liaise with clients to ensure project success. A strong understanding of building systems and proficiency in software like Revit and AutoCAD is required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Principals to establish project narratives

• Manage staff workflow for budget and schedule compliance

• Direct production of drawings across all project phases

• Serve as the primary liaison for project consultants

• Supervise and mentor junior staff for skill development

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design with at least 10 years experience

• Expertise in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up

• Strong understanding of classical design principles

• Problem solver with excellent time management abilities

• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
