In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated transportation team, ensuring exemplary designs meet project timelines and budgetary parameters. You'll integrate engineering needs and conduct site visitations to ensure compliance with construction documents while resolving issues efficiently. With an emphasis on sustainable development, your work will contribute to building better transportation nodes across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze project information effectively
• Develop architectural designs adhering to quality and budget
• Coordinate with various design disciplines seamlessly
• Prepare design reports and models per office standards
• Review project products for compliance with codes
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in project cycles
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up
• Familiarity with MEP and structural systems
• Related post-secondary education required
• Registration with an architectural association is beneficial
