The Office of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario is inviting a dedicated full-time student enrolled in an Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering program for Fall/Winter 2026. This role focuses on digitizing archival documents and improving filing systems while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will gain valuable experience in architectural tasks and administrative duties in a stimulating workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize historic documents for the digital archive

• Support administrative tasks like filing and printing

• Assist in creating architectural drawings and graphic materials

• Utilize software like AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• Contribute to design review and project meetings

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program
