Position: Product Experience Design Specialist at Mastercard

As part of the Services New Product Development team, you will design MVPs while engaging with cross-functional partners. Your expertise in user-centric product design will be pivotal in creating impactful solutions that meet complex business challenges. Collaborate in rapid iterations across data product concepts, prototypes, and enhancements diligently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Products

• Conduct user research to validate design concepts

• Present complex data through innovative product solutions

• Participate in cross-functional Design Thinking workshops

• Drive conceptual designs by testing and optimizing

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in a high-performance CX team

• Proficiency in usability best practices and rapid prototyping

• Strong portfolio across multiple digital platforms

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field
