Position: Lead Product Designer at CaptivateIQ

As a Principal Product Designer, you'll take charge of design across various teams, leveraging your 12+ years of B2B SaaS experience. You will align design initiatives with Product and Engineering leadership, mentoring others and promoting high-quality standards in UX and systems design. This role requires a strong focus on user experience and the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
