Position: Senior Architectural Role
Pursue an impactful career at Paradigm Architecture + Design as a Senior Architectural Technologist/Project Lead based in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on leading project delivery with a high level of independence.

You will be pivotal in preparing permit sets and construction documents while collaborating with consultants. Your established expertise in building-envelope design, Revit, and Ontario Building Code compliance will drive project efficiency. You’ll lead the technical aspects of projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of permit drawings and construction documents

• Oversee project delivery from design phase through completion

• Proactively manage consultant coordination and technical reviews

• Utilize Revit for producing and managing documentation

• Identify risks and resolve issues to avoid project delays

Requirements:

• 10+ years of architectural technology experience

• 7+ years of Revit expertise in large-scale projects

• Strong understanding of building envelopes and documentation

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders

• Excellent organization and communication skills
