In your senior role at Gensler, you will lead assignments that involve space planning and design development for lab environments. This involves collaborating with teams using tools like Revit and Sketch Up while mentoring junior designers and fostering creative solutions that enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete design processes from programming to execution

• Lead project planning and design iterations collaboratively

• Utilize modeling software for 3D visualization

• Generate detailed design documentation and schedules

• Engage with clients and external partners to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture required

• 12+ years of experience in lab design responsively

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing project variety

• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and visual communication

• NCIDQ certification necessary
