As a vital part of RH’s team, you’ll assess client needs, collaborating closely with RH Interior Design professionals to exceed expectations. With a focus on luxury service and product expertise, you’ll guide clients through all phases of their experience, ensuring satisfaction and fulfillment of fiscal goals while growing your own client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide an exceptional luxury experience for all clients
• Educate clients about RH Interior Design services offered
• Own the client experience from contact to product delivery
• Maintain excellent relationships and a strong client base
• Support visual and quality standards in the Gallery
Requirements:
• Experience in high-end furniture or design retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High organization and strategic agility
• Familiar with Mac OS and Google Applications
