KPMB Architects is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join its Digital Practice team. With a focus on advancing firm-wide BIM practices, you will standardize Revit protocols, support training, and ensure consistent implementation across projects. This position plays a collaborative role with project teams and IT, contributing to design excellence and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards and Revit templates

• Author and enforce BIM Execution Plans for various projects

• Configure Revit projects across all phases effectively

• Mentor teams on model coordination and best practices

• Design and deliver structured BIM training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture

• 5-10+ years of experience in BIM management

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit

• Background in architectural documentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
