Lead innovative design at BRL Studio® as a Senior Product Designer focused on engagement and retention in Toronto. Drive athlete connection and gamification to enhance their league experience.

As a Senior Product Designer at BRL Studio®, you will own the design of the Brodie app’s engagement layer. This includes developing progression systems like badges and challenges, vital for player retention. Collaborate closely with the Product Design Director and engineering team to deliver high-impact features for the app by Fall 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design XP economy including points and tiers

• Create badge and archetype systems with 3D assets

• Develop weekly challenge and quest systems

• Optimize notification strategy for user engagement

• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mobile product design

• Proven experience in retention features

• Expert Figma skills with design systems

• Strong portfolio with case studies

• Excellent communication and visual design skills
