Position: Senior Design Manager for Interiors at Arcadis

Your leadership will mentor teams and ensure project success from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for all project stakeholders

• Provide expertise in Ontario Building Code (OBC) and technical standards

• Maintain project budgets and oversee financial elements

• Review construction document packages and permit applications

• Mentor junior staff in construction administration and drawing production

Requirements:

• 15+ years in managing commercial interiors projects

• 10+ years with general contractors on-site

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
