MaintainX is seeking a Design Researcher to deeply understand users and bring their needs into every stage of the design process. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate real-world problems into actionable insights that move our AI-first product forward.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in UX research, strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, and a proven ability to turn findings into recommendations that shape product direction across teams.
