As a Senior Graphic & Web Designer, you will guide a motivated design team while maintaining hands-on involvement in creating modern, responsive websites. You’ll leverage advanced skills in Webflow and the Adobe Creative Suite to build elevated designs that meet performance, accessibility, and SEO standards. Your responsibilities will broaden as you manage multiple high-profile projects across our 27+ partner brands, ensuring a consistently high output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the design team, providing in-depth QA

• Delegate incoming requests using  for effective management

• Integrate AI tools like Claude for enhanced design workflows

• Design responsive websites focusing on conversions in Webflow

• Ensure project adherence to accessibility and performance standards

Requirements:

• 6+ years of web and graphic design experience

• Advanced skills in Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of UX and modern design practices

• Experience mentoring design teams and managing workloads

• Excellent communication abilities and project management skills
