• Lead a multidisciplinary design team of 89 individuals

• Assign and monitor project schedules effectively

• Oversee shop drawing creation with a focus on precision

• Collaborate on design inquiries and technical issues

• Manage external freelance resources and invoicing
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering

• 15+ years in commercial construction field

• Leadership experience managing design teams

• Advanced AutoCAD skills;
Solid Works experience preferred

• Strong mentoring, communication, and organizational skills
