As a Design Consultant, you are pivotal in creating extraordinary client experiences by addressing needs and providing tailored solutions in collaboration with RH Interior Design.
Your role involves managing client interactions with a focus on luxury service while aiming to meet and exceed financial targets, all while reinforcing the RH lifestyle brand through professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Live and embody RH’s vision and values daily
• Create a luxury experience with in-depth product knowledge
• Guide clients from initial engagement to final delivery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure adherence to visual and quality standards in the Gallery
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in luxury retail or design firms
• Relevant education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of organization and collaboration
• Competent in Mac Operating System and relevant applications
