Kasian is actively seeking a driven Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our Toronto team. This role requires collaborating with Senior Designers and Project Managers on diverse projects. Industrial and Transit project experience is vital as you either oversee smaller projects or contribute significantly to larger endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning and create scopes of work
• Develop design concepts and related documentation
• Ensure compliance in permit submissions and project reviews
• Monitor project quality and budget adherence
• Present design solutions in various settings
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited
B. Arch program
• 5-10 years in Industrial and Transit projects
• Familiarity with building codes and construction standards
• Proficient in design software, particularly Revit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
