Inhouse Architect

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop architectural designs for various projects.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Obtain necessary permits and liaise with municipal authorities to meet local building codes and zoning regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and sustainable practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
• Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up).
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
