Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI-driven product experiences across the Dayforce platform

• Shape interaction models for human and AI collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers for requirements and structure

• Conduct usability testing and user research for insights

• Develop prototypes showcasing AI capabilities for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in enterprise SaaS product design

• Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills

• Proficient in one advanced skill and two basic skills from design

• Comfortable with ambiguity and early concept shaping

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential
