49, you will manage a talented team, oversee construction drawings, and ensure compliance with modern BIM standards.

Your role will include coordinating project meetings and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams. A commitment to quality and effective client communication is essential for delivering projects that meet both timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural design and production of construction drawings

• Lead project meetings and team coordination efforts

• Perform internal quality checks on models and drawings

• Research and apply new materials and technologies in design

• Communicate effectively with clients and consultants

Requirements:

• Registered architect in Ontario (OAA) or eligible

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in BIM principles and REVIT, AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam

• Familiarity with Indigenous communities is an asset
