This is an 8-month internship for co-op and recent grads. You will collaborate with Senior and Staff Product Designers, gaining hands-on experience in product design and user interface development. With mentorship and community support, you will enhance your skills while directly impacting customer experiences across various financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on real product initiatives with design teams

• Own smaller projects from problem definition to production

• Create high-quality UI designs and thoughtful interactions

• Participate in customer research sessions for insights

• Deliver design work and interface improvements continuously

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Figma for design and prototyping

• Genuine interest in digital product design

• Strong taste and collaborative mindset

• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively

• Willingness to learn about complex product domains
