You will play a crucial role in the Platform team, leading design efforts from idea to high-quality implementation for AI Search. Your experience in AI-powered products will inform how Clio addresses complex user needs, promoting better workflows and decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct AI Search design from opportunity framing to execution
• Build interaction patterns that the entire organization can use
• Use deep customer insights to inform design decisions
• Drive strategic design consistency across product ecosystems
• Coach and guide fellow designers to elevate their projects
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Product Design
• Proven expertise in designing AI-driven experiences
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams with clarity
• Strong background in user experience and interaction design
• Facilitation skills to build consensus and drive decisions
Your leadership in product design will be key to advancing Clio’s commitment to innovative legal technology.
