This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior members while leading the development of Contract Documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of Design Development Drawings and specifications

• Oversee production and manage project reports

• Collaborate with consultants to align documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Technical Diploma in Architecture

• 7-8 years of experience in architectural design

• Skilled in Revit and advanced BIM technologies

• In-depth understanding of building codes and construction
