At OBE, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing Window & Curtain Wall Projects. You will be the main point of contact for project activities, coordinating with customers and internal teams. Your expertise will ensure that all project deliverables meet established timelines and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project scopes involving glass and architectural elements
• Foster communication with customers and project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
• Organize all project-related documentation
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving project success
Requirements:
• 5+ years project management experience in the curtain wall sector
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, design, or engineering
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• Strong grasp of architectural and structural design
• Effective communication and organizational skills
