At Caseware, you will create exceptional user experiences for cloud-based audit and financial reporting solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, leveraging tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit. A focus on user research, design iteration, and accessibility will guide your work, ensuring intentional and inclusive design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user experiences for cloud-based financial products
• Integrate AI tools for faster design iterations
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Maintain and evolve the design system
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of professional UX experience
• Proficiency in Figma and related design tools
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
