Position: Licensed Architect Project Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential construction and hold a valid OAA license. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee various residential architecture projects

• Manage client relations and project timelines

• Engage consultants for design and compliance approvals

Requirements:

• OAA Licensed Architect with at least 5 years' experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office

• Strong understanding of Toronto zoning bylaws
