You'll be instrumental in developing architectural solutions from initial concepts to detailed execution, utilizing software like Revit and Rhino for modeling and documentation. Strong collaboration with engineering teams is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and refine design concepts and zoning analyses

• Oversee all design phases from concept to execution

• Produce detailed drawings and accurate models

• Coordinate with internal and external teams

• Conduct site surveys and prepare as-built documentation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in architectural practice

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology

• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and zoning
