We invite an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Toronto office. In this role, you will execute critical production tasks under direction, ensuring the quality of drawing packages while mentoring less experienced team members. Your leadership in coordinating intricate project details will be crucial for overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production plans and oversee documentation processes

• Lead preparation and review of Contract Documents

• Facilitate quality control and compliance with project codes

• Oversee collaboration with consulting authorities

• Control project budgets and manage costs effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture

• 7+ years in architectural design with mass timber experience

• Proficient in Revit and state-of-the-art BIM

• Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills

• Excellent time management and communication
