You'll partner with stakeholders to drive value realization through technology design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach Solution Architects for skill development

• Ensure defined roles and expectations for team members

• Promote customer-centric interactions within the team

• Review and quality-assure architecture deliverables

• Oversee technical analysis of vendor offerings

Requirements:

• 3+ years leading small technical teams

• 6+ years of relevant architecture experience

• Strong knowledge of cloud design practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
