Position: Senior Designer for Retail Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff in developing working drawings and design sketches

• Manage predesign, design, and contract administration phases

• Prepare and supervise 3D models and renderings

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field

• OAA membership or eligibility preferred

• 15+ years of architecture experience in retail projects

• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects independently
