Product Designer in AI-Driven Procurement

As part of a dedicated team, you will take ownership of product feature designs and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders.
Your role includes engaging in UX research to create seamless experiences that facilitate efficient procurement workflows. Iterate quickly based on user insights to enhance usability and effectiveness in your designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to product features from ideation to launch
• Partner with PMs and engineers during feature development
• Engage in UX research for thoughtful design solutions
• Iterate designs based on user feedback
• Take part in design review sessions with the team
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of design experience in a startup environment
• Experience leading design on a complete product or feature
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong visual design and usability focus
• Knowledge of web application technical constraints
