We are searching for a Creative Conversational Designer who has 2-4 years in conversational AI or chatbot ecosystems. This role involves analyzing customer journeys, creating compelling design documentation, and collaborating with developers to ensure that every interaction is effective and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to clarify business goals and customer personas
• Optimize conversation flows based on user analysis
• Develop design documents, including conversation flow diagrams and error handling
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance user journeys
• Conduct testing, synthesize feedback, and iterate on designs
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in conversational design
• Knowledge of AI or machine learning applications
