With over 9 years of experience, your role entails the creation of comprehensive drawing packages, coordination with stakeholders, and the provision of technical mentorship to junior members. Ensure projects achieve operational excellence while adhering to local building standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical project development and documentation
• Produce construction documents and detailed packages
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities
• Perform site assessments and quality control
• Guide junior team members in best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 9 years in architectural technology in Canada
• Degree in Architectural Technology or similar field
• Background in restaurant design projects
• Expertise in Canadian Building Codes and standards
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
