In this key position, the Senior Coordinator of VDC/BIM will manage the BIM processes throughout the design and construction phases. Your leadership will ensure compliance with the highest standards, guiding projects from conception through completion by collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee BIM models and protocols
• Collaborate with teams to resolve design conflicts
• Support the use of VDC/BIM tools in projects
• Implement new VDC/BIM technologies and software
• Conduct quality audits of all BIM models
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or Construction Management
• 5 years of VDC/BIM experience in the construction industry
• Expertise in current VDC/BIM software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
