Graham, one of North America's largest general contractors, seeks a BIM Specialist with 4+ years of BIM/VDC experience. You will provide key support to project managers by delivering BIM-related tasks, facilitating team training on Digital Construction Technologies, and ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
Your role impacts various infrastructure projects, enhancing connectivity and progress in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate BIM models using Revit and Navisworks
• Perform clash detection and generate detailed reports
• Maintain the BIM Execution Plan to align with project goals
• Support teams in adopting Digital Construction Technologies
• Communicate risks and conflicts to project stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Building Technology or related field
• 4+ years in BIM/VDC on construction projects
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Primavera P6
• Ability to identify risks and provide insightful data
