Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs with a focus on sustainability

• Generate drawings and presentations for stakeholder reviews

• Collaborate in cross-disciplinary design teams

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and city approvals

• Participate in project management across all phases

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of architectural experience

• OAA licensed architect or IAP aspirant

• Technical knowledge of building construction detailing

• Strong graphic communication skills
