Key Responsibilities:

• Generate technical design documents and refine drawings

• Assess site conditions through comprehensive surveys

• Conduct research on programming and building systems

• Oversee permit applications and revisions coordination

• Work with contractors and authorities on construction-related issues

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in architecture

• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software

• Familiarity with relevant building codes and MEP systems

• Completed post-secondary education in architecture

• Registration with a relevant architectural body is an asset
