Wayfair is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our Growth Superpod, where you’ll lead the end-to-end vision and execution of our upper funnel engagement and activation experiences that power our customer lifecycle across web and app. In this highly visible role, you’ll craft seamless, high-converting entry points across Wayfair’s portfolio of brands and storefronts, optimize onboarding and welcome journeys, and partner closely with design, engineering, CRM, and analytics to drive meaningful engagement from first touch through long-term retention.

This role requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of complex, cross-functional systems across multiple domains and a passion for creating data-driven, personalized experiences.

• Use data to understand customer needs and behaviors; map those against business objectives, and transform that knowledge into AI-powered product enhancements
• Build client agnostic backends that solve for the needs of customers across all of our platforms: iOS and Android apps, mobile web and desktop applications
• Define a broad and complex product strategy, independently own and craft a sequenced set of outcomes and solutions over a 12+ month time horizon
• Build and maintain roadmaps for your product(s); partner with user experience design and usability, analytics, engineering, technical program managers, other product managers, and stakeholders to translate your vision and roadmap into reality
• Drive measurable results and/or learnings using testing best practices; monitor performance of your focus area

• 6+ years experience working in product management. Experience in ecommerce, and at companies that own a significant tech stack highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
• An ownership mentality. You’ve autonomously set a ~12 month vision for your domain, prioritizing a body of work that optimizes for customer outcomes. You’ve challenged yourself and others to proactively improve your product, its reliability, and plans for its future state. You propose adjustments to priorities as needed, and take responsibility for outcomes, celebrating team wins and surfacing learning moments openly.
• Good judgment. You manage risk, know when to pivot, can assess multiple paths forward, and use data to inform and advocate for the right next steps
