WSP is seeking a senior professional to join its Landscape Architectural and Urban Design team, committed to enhancing community spaces in Ontario. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovative design and the ability to take projects from initial concepts through to completion while mentoring junior staff. Your leadership will be essential in crafting proposals that contribute to WSP’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects ensuring high-quality outputs
• Engage in collaborative team environments
• Develop and present design concepts
• Lead project proposal preparation and management
• Foster relationships with clients and community stakeholders
Requirements:
• OALA full membership or equivalent certification
• 12+ years in Landscape Architecture
• Expertise in design software including CAD and Sketch Up
• Proven experience in project financial management
• Commitment to fieldwork and observation at sites
