BIM Modeler Line Project

Contribute to the Ontario Line as a BIM Modeler focused on 4D capabilities. Develop 3D models and aid construction sequencing by linking elements to project schedules.

You will be an integral part of the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract (EGS), collaborating with ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada Inc. and Amico Major Projects Inc. This role emphasizes BIM modeling while incorporating 4D capabilities for effective site logistics and sequencing visualization. Work closely with engineers, architects, and planners to ensure models meet high project standards and support constructability reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for the project

• Link model elements to project schedules for effective sequencing

• Support 4D visualization of site logistics and phasing

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with standards

• Assist in constructability reviews for efficient project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BIM modeling with 4D capabilities
