Lead contract administration for large-scale architectural projects with HPA, combining Revit knowledge, building science, and project coordination.
Based in Toronto, this full-time Architectural Project Lead role supports construction delivery across institutional and public-sector work. You will interpret contract documents, coordinate consultant responses, and support project managers with scheduling, budgets, risks, and quality control. The role suits an experienced architectural professional with 10–15 years in practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate document revisions, consultant responses, and closeout submissions
- Support scheduling, resource planning, budget tracking, and risk management
- Review construction documents and applicable contract requirements
- Resolve construction issues while maintaining project quality
- Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communication
- 10–15 years' experience in architectural practice
- Experience with institutional or large-scale technically complex projects
- Thorough knowledge of construction documentation and building codes
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- OAA registration or relevant professional designation preferred
