The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing clinical workflows, building patient relationships, and contributing to the long-term success of the practice, supported by modern facilities and administrative infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and health assessments
Prescribe and manage medications in line with clinical best practices
Build and manage a patient roster as the practice grows
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate continuity of care
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using EMR systems
Contribute to the development of clinic processes and care standards
Collaborate with administrative staff and allied health professionals
Adhere to CPSO , OHIP , and clinic policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Requirements MD degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an approved Family Medicine residency program
Eligible for or fully licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) preferred
Eligible to bill OHIP
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in helping establish and grow a new practice environment
